De Volksholding (formerly SNS Holding B.V.) was incorporated on 30 June 2015 and has fully owned the shares of de Volksbank N.V. (de Volksbank) since 30 September 2015. In its capacity as holding company, de Volksholding does not have any activities or employees of its own. The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of de Volksholding form a personal union with the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of de Volksbank, respectively.
