Jacqueline Touw was appointed to the Executive Committee on 1 October 2022.
Jacqueline Touw brings extensive experience in the field of strategic and digital change processes in international organisations in various sectors. Before joining de Volksbank Jacqueline was employed at Sligro Food Group as CHRO where she lead a far-reaching digital transformation. Before that, she was ultimately responsible for HR in a major change process at Essent. Jacqueline Touw held various strategic HR positions at DSM, and gained banking experience at Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.
