Marjolein de Jongh (1973) is Chief Transformation Officer of de Volksbank and a member of the Executive Committee to which she was appointed in May 2022.
Before Marjolein joined de Volksbank, she worked for APG Groep NV as Managing Director of Strategy & Transformation. Over the past 20 years, Marjolein held several international management positions and was involved in large-scale business strategy and change processes in the banking sector such as at HSBC, ING, Royal Bank of Scotland, KPMG, Standard Chartered Bank and the Dutch government.
As a member of the Executive Committee, she will focus on the transformation towards a more flexible and customer-focused bank and bears ultimately responsibility for customer integrity-related policies and processes and compliance with laws and regulations in relation to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft)
