Marinka van der Meer (1969) is Chief Customer Officer of de Volksbank. In September 2018, she was appointed member of the Board of Directors of de Volksbank. Before joining de Volksbank, she was CEO at Argenta Nederland and prior to that she held various positions in the banking and insurance sector. She started her career at ING in 2004 after studying Economic Psychology at Tilburg University.

In addition, Marinka is a member of the Consumer Affairs Committee of the Dutch Banking Association.
